Fathers (uncles & grandpas also welcome!) and daughters of all ages are invited to our annual camping trip.

We'll enjoy camping, fellowship and great food!

Date: Friday, September 18—Sunday, September 20, 2026

Location: Group Campsite Loop C Chumash at El Chorro Regional Park, SLO County Parks (CA-1, San Luis Obispo, CA 93408)

Cost: $70/person
(Scholarship assistance is available. Email Karl for more details.)

You can begin arriving at the campground on Friday afternoon after 3pm.

The following meals are provided:

  • Friday dinner
  • Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner (Saturday lunch is make-your-own sack lunches, not a served meal)
  • Sunday breakfast (Sunday lunch can be packed to-go from any leftovers)

Sunday morning, we will have communion elements available if dads want to do communion with your daughters (this is not mandatory group participation).

Lots of time to spend together. Saturday is a free day to enjoy. This is light scheduling on purpose. We facilitate camping and you fill the time how you want with your daughters.

Family-friendly outdoor movie night at campground on Saturday.

You can stay at the campground and enjoy the amenities:
Golf Course, Botanical Gardens, Softball/Kickball field, Hiking Trails, Playground, Hot Showers ($1 for 3 minutes - quarters required, bring your own quarters)

The campground has a few activities to enjoy or you can venture out. Most dads head to a beach or go shopping with their daughters.
